It happens sometimes that our newly registered customers do not receive the welcome e-mail. If that happens to you, contact us at and we will re-send it to you.

Most common reasons for the problem:
  • welcome e-mail is delivered to your 'spambox'

  • e-mail delivery requires manual confirmation

  • e-mail address you provided is at the same domain as you want to host with us
The first thing we ask you to do is check your spambox. This is by far the most common reason for your not receiving our e-mails.

Normally, we setup new accounts within 5 minutes of registration, but it can take up to 1 hour. If it takes longer - feel free to e-mail us.
