You can check in cpanel your disk-space usage (located under section "Files" You can see in detail the mail-folders and the space they occupy on your server. Remember that utilizing Imap will keep all your emails on your server and will very fast take all disk-space available. When using Imap you need to be very well organized in managing your email folders on the server and deleting the items regularly
