If for ligitimate reasons (servers down, servers not accsessible, a CMS such as Joomla core not functioning on our serves and similar cases) you are not satisfied with our service within your first 30 days of service, simply let us know and your hosting fees will be refunded (except fees for Additional Services). How to request for cancellation/refund? In the event that you wish to cancel your account within the first 30 days contact us through the above mentioned contact form. Please provide us the following account information to assist us in the process:

• Your full name (used during sign up )
• Your domain name
• Your username
• Your account password
• The server your account is hosted on

A full refund for your hosting fee will be made within 24 hours to the credit card you used for signing up, after receiving and verifying your account information.

Please note that there will be no refund for excess bandwidth fee and Additional Services that you have requested. If you used more than the allocated bandwidth for your account within the fist 30 days, the excess fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Terms and conditions
As specified in our Terms of Service, the above guarantee will be VOID if your account violates our policies. You should also make sure your files are backed up when you request for cancellation, as your account information and back-up files will be promptly deleted. The window of this guarantee ends exactly 30 days from the date from which you signed up. After your 30 days are up, you cannot receive refund for the remainder of your service, but you may still cancel your hosting account at any time. The money back guarantee is not valid if a hosting packages is ordered with Joomla pre-installed. In case we have moved for you free of charge a website (Reseller hosting and Managed Hosting Services) to our server(s) the original transfer fee of US$ 115 will be deducted from your paid amount before refunding wil take place.
